Well there is a girl that I know and whenever she is upset she doesn't listen or talk to you or anything and I just want her to stop doing it!!!

talk to her when she's not up set, and take a friend with you to witness the process. Then go back with the friend and talk to her again when she's not upset. But be ready there is a chance it could back fire on you and it's a chance you''ll be taken.

Leave her alone. That's her way of getting through a problem. Respect her wishes.

Maybe when she gets mad she just wants to be left alone, I do when I'm mad I don't want to be bothered, unless the house is burning down.

Why? Why should she stop doing it and talk to you? To please you? She's not here to make you happy, she's here to make herself happy. If that's how she deals with problems, that's her choice. Butt out.
