Here's my advice:
1. Dust your nuggets with gold bond powder
2. use dial soap and scrub with scrubbie or washcloth
3. dry throughly
4. spray FDS
5. wear panty liners to keep things nice and dry

A few things to consider--
Do NOT use anti-bacterial soap anyplace except on your hands. It destroys the normal skin flora ("good bacteria") and encourages the growth of fungus. That stuff should never, ever be used in your crotch unless you like being moldy down there.
Have you shaved your pubes or trimmed them very short? That can cause odor because of decreased air circulation. I've heard that almost all guys who shave there have a problem with stinking. Let the hair grow out -- it should help.
As others have suggested, powder is good. Try deodorant on a small patch of pubic skin to see how it reacts before you risk using it on a large area. Some people tolerate it well, others not well at all.
Go to the health food store and get some chlorophyll tablets. They are completely harmless at any dose and really cut down on odor. Your pits, your breath, your sweaty feet, even your poop will smell better. It works! While you're at the health food store pick up some low-dose (no more than 25 mg) zinc tablets. They help a lot of guys. And if you've been using that dreadful anti-bacterial stuff, get some acidophillous as well to help restore your normal skin flora.
Good luck.

remove the hair. some guys get all defensive when you talk about grooming the man bits, but sweat and stench sticks to the hair, and is difficult to clean properly. itll also be cooler, and dryer... you can try deodorants, but that wont stop sweating, just make it smell better. antiperspirants would work better... try a gentle one to see if it irritates you... they have powders and cream to help too.... foot fresh *if you can find it* is an antiperspirant cream that lasts about 2 weeks. its designed for people with serious issues with foot sweat.... they have all kinds of freshening antiperspirant sprays for womens bits, but for men, society has kinda neglected our hygene needs. im sure the womens stuff would work great as its designed for a stanky crotch, but if you have the guff to buy it and have your balls smell like flowers or baby powder is another thing.

Use deodorant. It shouldn't irritate you. Just put it everywhere down there. My friend used to have the same problem and its gone now. But just make sure you still wash and dry down there really good at least once a day. Drying is very important.

Seems like a nerve malfunction. Try wearing those underwear that hug your balls, and change them as often as necessary. Allow them unrestricted access to air as often as you can. Powders and such might only solve the prob temporarily.
Check your diet and your mental state, too.
Good luck.
