H*LL NO!!! my first husband was into that sh*t and other than sitting by the campfire at night, i hated it.
i had to cook a meal on a 2 burner stove, try to wash dishes in a sink barely big enough for a 2 place setting. (and there were 5 of us)
make sure the kids didn't catch anything in the community shower, and the last time we went, i was stung 8 times in one day by bees.

Every chance I get. I love to go winter camping and put my snowshoes to good use. I don't care for skiing but snow-shoeing is the beesknees! I head up to Maine or Vermont during the winter months to catch the deep snow and icy cold. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, gets your heart started in the morning.
Winter in the woods at night is magical. A full moon makes for a surreal and eerie landscape, and a lot of critters are active at night in the snow.

Several of the beer festivals I work at, plus the rock festival I also work at, are outdoor events so I use my tent .... hardly proper camping though
