Newt said he would not be interested in running for Presidency because of how the Q only get 3 min. in which to answer, and that it does not work in all fairness.
But he said he would be V.P. For the Right person.

Usually, the vice president is relied upon for international issues. I am not sure what Newt Gingrich would have to offer in that area. His experience is more in domestic issues. He has some character issues that would cause problems for whoever would choose him as VP.

It really depends on the candidate. He would do well with a more moderate candidate to get the real conservatives to show up at the polls.
