What is it about??? It looks like the best movie ill ever see, but i just want to know what its about. It's sumtin about mutants.

It really seems just like yet another variation of Vincent Price's LAST MAN ON EARTH or Charleston Heston's OMEGA MAN.

It's based on a story written like 50 years ago. It's similar to the movie Omega Man, in that there's one guy left in the world after a plague, and there are a bunch of mutants still alive as well. In the story the mutants were sort of like vampires, but in Omega Man, they're just violent mutants. I'm not sure what the Will Smith one will have, exactly, but either way it looks good.

oh i just found what its about want to see it so bad!
Robert Neville (Will Smith) is a brilliant scientist, but even he could not contain the terrible virus that was unstoppable, incurable...and manmade. Somehow immune, Neville is now the last human survivor in what is left of New York City...and maybe the world. But he is not alone. He is surrounded by "the Infected"--victims of the plague who have mutated into carnivorous beings who can only exist in.

It's about a contamination thing spreads out and contamanates everyone except Will Smith and there are some that are humans that were contaminated but in the day are normal and those he trys to save.

Will Smith was promoting the movie in Japan i think and he actually told the ending of the film, but asked reporters to not publish it.

it's about a guy ii think named robert. and well he is the last man or earth. he is looking for a cure for a man made diseased. and during the night he has to fight off vampor like monstors.
