Ignore - sounds like a no brain tw@t to do something like that so no amount of response will ever make him realise what he is.

You should ignore the email, but save it in case there is a bigger problem later. You can also put the email into the Spam folder.
Also, be sure to BLOCK that person on Yahoo!Answers from seeing your Questions/Answers and Network of Contacts/Fans.

I would most certainly reply,not stooping to their level,no abusive language,just selected sharp words,and on top of that I would name and shame them by posting the offending e-mail as a question in here !!!

no because then they will send one back to you then it would cause an email arguement not worth it. The are waiting for your reply now dont show your bothered do not lower yourself to their level they are the stupid ones for doing it. The better person will ignore them

Yes of course I would be tempted, but that would merely be playing them at THEIR game. No rise above it I say, and remember what goes around comes around, hopefully life will pay them back at some point, it normally does.
You have a DELETE button, sadly it dont work on them as well!
Just do NOT generalise and assume EVERYONE is like them !

No, you've just done exactly what they want if you do. I'd report the sender to YA with a copy of the email though.

The person who sent it could probably be looking for attention and trouble. I would just delete it or better still report it to Yahoo.

If you have something very strong and touching as an answer then u should reply back.... chances are that it might at least make them think about their actions....
