Only if you want to choose a religion other than Islam, if your woman wants to vote, become educated, or wear something other than a burka, or if you don't want to pray at the designated times each day.
If those are not an issue to you, you probably would not feel that Islam has violated you.
I, however, believe Islam IS the threat and should be outlawed around the world - but the libs have accused me of intolerance.

Free speech yes, human rights no. But don't everybody get alarmed just yet, there is good reasoning. All religions are a "threat to free speech", but in that they guarantee human rights. Everyone thinks that unchecked freedom is everyones rights. But the very people that cry out in anger about the threat to free speech are the same people who go and protest Nazis exercising that very right. It all boils down to DECENCY. The more indecent our society is allowed to become, the more problems and thus the more human damage. Unchecked sexual appetites lead to younger and younger kids having children that often times grow up without both parents, causing some degree of psychological damage and then letting it loose on society at large, thus impinging on HUMAN RIGHTS. If women don't dress like skanky ho's then men are LESS likely to have impure thoughts about them, which may possibly lead to rapes or sexual assaults and if nothing more a man will have more respect for a woman. But the key word is LESS. It must be combined with a sense of decency in the media as well to further keep people acting peacably and appropriatly.

Yes. Islam demands that Sharia trump secular laws. As long as that is true then Islam will never be compatible with freedom.

No.

I agree with olcaykar's sentiment. In certain countries it can be used as such. But in secular countries, such as the US and Turkey, it doesn't limit rights.
