Telemakhos from Homer's Odyssey, or even the swineherd Eumaios.

I don't remember his name but the the character leading the expedition to find Kurst in "The Heart of Darkness."

John from David Mamet's Oleanna. He was a nice guy that got the short end of the stick because he wanted to help Carol.

Lennie's friend from "of mice and men."

The old man in "the old man and the sea."

Whether Prince Charming qualifies depends on the show! Not so much in Into the Woods!

Well, I don't know about "Nice Guys" but Musical Theatre Audition has a few other categories like "Lovesick Tenor" and "The True Gentleman" but no nice guy category. Those may include nice guys, but no category just for them. Apparently they don't exist :-)
