Sit on your ankles. By putting the top of you feet flat (or as close to as possible), and sitting on your heels, you will stretch the tendons and muscles in your ankles, which will give you greater flexibility. Do this 5 minutes a day and you'll quickly notice some change. Also developing your calf (calf raises, etc) will help.

If you need to keep you toe pointed the best thing to do idealy to do Ballet on the side but ofcourse that cost's money so an Alternative would be to (Wearing a pair of flippers) is swimm some legnths. Flippers help keep your feet pointed because they weight them down. Eventualy this will just become natural and you wont even need to think about it!

the best i can say is grow your toenails out a little and then file them into a point, like a triangle but not like a knife.
