properly i've got been a vegetarian for a pair of three hundred and sixty 5 days now, and that i progressively stopped eating meat. I had continuously detested any style of meat aside from fish and poultry (so technically i've got been a 'semi-vegetarian' maximum persons of my existence. yet some people do no longer think of there is the style of ingredient yet anyhow...) A terrible thank you to enhance right into a veggietarian is to do it over-evening. that's a steady and sluggish technique. It additionally relies upon on while you're thinking turning out to be a Vegan or no longer for the reason that their eating regimen is extra strict (no cheese or dairy products to maintain you feeling finished)

Your body is doing a lot of extra work. You only need 300 extra calories a day. Most the time women end up losing weight before gaining weight. Don't worry, just eat healthy.

You are probably just going through a high growth period or something, enjoy it because in a few months your belly will be so full of baby that everything will be refluxed up and it will be hard to eat alot...because the baby will be pushing on your stomach at that time...

The major question here is, of course, if you're only 21 weeks old, how on Earth can you type the question?
