And that's just THIS week!
Yes, it's a drag that people don'tjust do searches and read all the answers given to questions that have been asked gazillions of times before.
Heck, they don't even have to search, since, as soon as you type a question, the site offers you previous incarnations of your question.
But each person thinks they're the first to come up with their question, all evidence to the contrary.
I'm not nearly as sick of "why celebrate Christmas" type stuff as I am of "why's there still monkeys" and the like.
That's why so many atheists in the Religion & Spirituality category answer "drink" -- the repetition drives them to drink.

they're probably gonna do their annual robbin' the church and burning down statues and relics of sacred beings because their hearts are black holes and they are lost souls. Maybe they should believe in God and then people would leave them alone OR maybe they should just believe in something and not draw attention to themselves by defying EVERYTHING offered to them.
Perhaps I'm a tad crazy, but , not believing in God and Jesus and the Holy Ghost is one of the most horrendous things ever because defying God who created you and loves you is sick and it is most heinous.
I care because i want to know what the heck they are doing becasue they sure as heck don't deserve to just trade gifts without a purpose.

Christmas was a pagan holiday that the church incorporated to get more people to join xtianity. And yes we have a secular christmas at home. I love it. ;-)

They're curious - they want to join us, but are worried that they may have to give up the fun.
