Our family as a whole will attend Midnight Mass. Why do we do it? Because it is a very special mass in the celebration of the birth of Christ. The cathedral is always standing room only at midnight mass. People are in a good mood, the music and songs by the choir are almost angelic, and the rafters of our two hundred year old church ring with the happiness of the people gathered there for worship. It is almost magical. To me it is a very emotion service as Christmas past memories flood through my mind. I truly feel miniscule in the presence of the Almighty. Then it is home for a light snack and jump into brand new jammies, fall asleep with visions of sugarplumbs dancing in our dreams.

Well my mother always works Christmas Eve, so she's working again this year that's the thing if you work Christmas Eve you get Christmas Day off if you don't work the Eve you have all day to work.

Now my dad probably has to do last minute Christmas shopping so we'll probably be running around stores and malls of course I'll help him buy gifts.

And then later on I have to meet up with my friends and we'll be going first to two hospitals (one's a children's hospital), a womens/childrens shelter, and the place where my mom works, the nursing home. And there my friends and I will play our instruments my best friend and I get to play our flute, piccolo's, and phifes, and the rest you know. And I also get to perform there vocally which I'm excited, yet nervous for. Of coruse I'll be singing Christmas songs but at the childerns hospital and the shelter I'm gonna try to sing Stand Up For Love by Destiny's Child with to other girls which should be very delightful.

I'm doing this because I want to, I'm trying to help (like I try to all the time when I'm not so busy) and I don't really know how to make a difference or how to change the world. But I do know how to put a smile on people's faces and that's through music. I'll also be passign out little stockings we all made.

So I can't wait.

Then after that I say hi to my mom head out and my dad and I and mostly likely my friends will do more Christmas shoppping.

blondie.

I'm going to hang out with my family and talk and play games.

I've been living in Mexico and I haven't seen them in over a year, so getting together with them for 9 short days is going to be pretty damn special!
