Use the ones provided by your employer. If you are concerned about holes, blow the gloves up like a balloon and see if they leak (hold the cuff to your mouth and blow, hold cuff to mouth for a few seconds to see if you lose air).
If you had to provide your own gloves, you could write the cost off your income taxes as an un reimbursed employee expense, but since your employer provides the gloves-you can't.
You can also wear 2 pairs of gloves, but your hands will really sweat.
You can throw the gloves away after you finish cleaning a restroom and put on a new pair before starting the next restroom. or if you should happen to tear the gloves you are wearing.
Gloves have been made mandatory recent years because of the spread some diseases like aids.

I'm quite sure there is nothing wrong with the type of latex material the gloves are made from. It is similar to the latex product used for condoms, and similar to the surgical-grade gloves used on the operating table. In general, latex is effective because it retains a perfect, thin barrier with maximum elasticity. So unless the latex gloves you use are constructed poorly, or from your experience they develop holes or breaks during normal use, I think you should be safe.

I would use the thin disposable ones. I personally wouldn't use the "reuseable" ones, because they often get wet and germ filled on the inside. The thin ones you should remove from the top (wrist) first, and they will turn inside out when you remove them, then discard. This is more sanitary. Of course, thoroughly wash with plain soap and water after work, using a nail scrub brush to get the fingernails clean.

well if you want to be certain you could buy a good quality glove of your own, or you could just put two pair of the ones they supply on, you know double them up.
