Dear Fellow Americans,

My heart goes to you with the upcoming elections. I live in Canada by choice, however this country would not be such a wonderful place if it was not for even more wonderful neighbor we are fortunate to have.

It's not a secret that USA is an engine of the world economy and if America sneezes the rest of the world gets a major flu. Americans are asked to be a policeman of this World and when they do they are being insulted and sneered at.

What all this has to do with your elections? Political parties in my opinion are outdated dinosaurs. Presidential candidate must be a personality with charisma and respect, his political or religious inclination as secondary for most of all he must be there for ALL Americans, not just a selected few, being it rich, middle class or poor.

After the WWII you had only two leaders like that --- John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. Both were highly respected abroad and if you asked people which political party they belonged to, most people did not know, for it did not matter.

You should all go to vote, for if you do not go you forfeit your right on decision making of your country and hence you have to comply with whatever is served to you. When voting, vote with your heart not your brain. The whole world is looking up to you now. I do too.--- America bring out the true leader please. Thank you for allowing me to voice my humble opinion. My heart is with you. Our future and the future of our children depends on it.

Thanks for you comments Stan the Man!
You understand US politics better than most of us.

folks, it depends on whether or not you want the Federal government to even come close to functioning as the Constitution ordered it. It has not for many years. Only one candidate appears to have read the document, along with the Bill of Rights. Dig a little deeper into the candidates. Try the site Accuracy in the Media or maybe The Patriot

The important thing is get out and vote, whether you are for the Constitutionalist...Ron Paul... or not

People haven't we learned anything already? Sheesh!
Even though I am Liberal if I had to choose between Ron Paul and Barack Obama I'd go for Obama. I like his views, his energy, his charisma and his intellectuality. I think I see good things happening if he gets elected. We need a fresh face for heaven's sake!. Besides, Obama WILL focus on education, hiring more teachers and paying them good. He WILL, I repeat focus on literacy. Obama is the man!

Mitt Romney.

He is best man for the job and the only candidate that will enforce current law on illegal immigration (that has a chance at winning).

If you want a man that will enforce the law of the land, and is capable of handling the job of commander and chief (the actual job these people are applying for for crying out loud) then Mitt Romney is the only choice (that has a chance).

The other candidates (that currently have enough support to possibly win) are more of the same on illegal immigration.

The only other candidates I would consider (if they had support enough to be viable) would be Tancredo, Hunter, or Paul.

I am certain there are better choices in the States than the irritating ones being presented to us. No money = no say...

If you are a Republican Ron Paul might not be a bad choice. He differs from the rest of them in terms of his opposition to the War and defense of civil liberties. The others are Bush clones. I prefer Kucinich, Gravel and Obama in that order.

Certainly not for Hillary, have you read The American Evita.....I guarantee you that you wouldn't vote for her after reading this book !!!!!!! I haven't made up my mind yet, I'm not too much for politicians....I don't really trust any of them, them may start out with idealistic views but they soon disappear after they take office !!!!!!!!!!
