No, generally you don't go to the same classes everyday. Some classes will be offered M/W and others T/R, some math, science, and foreign language classes may be exceptions. The classes are at the same time every meeting (for example a class that meets at 1pm on one Tuesday is not going to meet at 2pm on Thursday or 1:30 the next Tuesday). Night classes give the same credit as day classes, and generally have more adults.
AP classes are introductory college level courses offered to advanced high school students.

In college:
No, you generally do NOT go to the same classes every day (except maybe in community or junior colleges). You will usually attend class on M-W-F for an hour or TU-TH for 1 1/2 hours. Most classes are offered in mornings (only frosh get stuck with the 8 a.m. ones! LOL) and labs are done in the afternoons.
As to night classes, many students take them. It used to be more common for "non-traditional" students, but with so many college students working, it's pretty common for all to do it. A night class is worth the same credit as a day class. There is no difference.
High school:
AP classes are Advanced Placement. Not all high schools have them. Some school offer direct credit college classes. But AP students take classes that are at a college level and use college textbooks. At the end of the year they must take an AP exam (if they want to qualify for credit). Scores range from 1-5 and the admitting college and university determines what score they will accept for credit. I think the cost for the AP test is about $80 -- and the course is usually worth about three credit hours.

College classes in general are a whole lot different. Some meet only once a week for 3 solid hours. My favorite. Impossible to stay awake during these. Some meet 3 times a week as Tu, Th, Sa. Some Mo, Wed, Fri. These are very common. They might meet any time of the day from 8 am to 9 pm. with a break for lunch and dinner. You may have an 8 am class but no 9 am class and then a 10 am class. It is really nice if you are a morning person to schedule only morning classes. Or if an afternoon person only afternoon and night classes. Some classes do meet 5 days a week. Yes. Night classes do get full credit.

In college you have lots of choices. You might go to one class on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and a different class on Tues. & Thurs. You can choose different times also. It all depends upon when classes are offered. Additionally, some only meet once a week for 3 hours, or twice a week for 1 1/2 hrs., or 3 times a week for 1 hour. Some classes are 5 units meaning they meet for 5 hours per week which is often every day at the same time. Some classes might even meet in the evenings. There will be lots of choices for some classes, and other classes might only have a few choices. All classes you take earn full credits.
AP classes in high school are "advanced placement." This means you take an advanced class so that when you get to college you are ahead of the game.
Good luck to you! :)

You usually go to a class two or three times a week. Like Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-3. So you don't necessarily go to school from 8-3 everday, like you do in high school. You might have 2 classes on Monday & Wednesday, and 3 classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Yes, night classes taken through an accredited college earn you the same credit as taking classes in the daytime. AP classes are "advanced placement" classes - here's a link to a page that discusses those:

High school AP classes are classes which are taught at college freshman level. After taking the course you can take (or your school may require you to take) an AP test which if you pass with a 3 or higher (out of 5) you can usually get some college credit for the class.
In college you will usually take several classes during the semester. Each class will meet at a specific time and place. Most classes meet MWF or T/TH. You usually have a lot of say over when you want your classes to be, so you can schedule yourself to only have afternoon classes or morning classes. Sometimes there is a lot of time inbetween classes to study or hang out with friends. Yes, some classes do meet at night and they are for credit. Many night classes only meet once a week and are for several hours.

No, it's not the same classes every day, it's usually the same class once or twice a week or three times a week. They can meet at the same time, or they could be staggered like 10 on wednesday and 10 30 on fri. you don't go from 8 to 3 every day like high school. the days are much shorter, but could be dragged out if you have gaps between classes. night classes get you the same credits.
ap classes are high school courses that get you college credits.

AP- Advanced Placement. The classes are harder, but if you do well on the test at the end of the year you get college credit.
As for college, you can prettymuch make your schedule to look like whatever you like. You typically have 15 hours of class a week, and you usually have classes 2-3 times a week. As for when you take them, that depends on what time the classes are offered, but you can usually sleep in later than 8, often past noon, and you can usually take night classes if you want.

College you are on your own and you are no longer pampered. Hence, you are a free roaming adult. You choose the classes you want to take (need to take for your major actually) and select from the different times they offer that class. Yes, some classes have night times. No, you don't have the same time everyday, nor the same classes (unless it is Summer session). AP classes are Advanced Placement classes which you take and if you pass the AP exam, that class is credited for college, so you don't have to take the class again in college.
