The phlatulent one makes a good point. However, there's plenty of work for ESL teachers. (especially here in Vancouver or if you want to go to Korea or Japan - in fact there are many places in the world where you can get a job teaching English)

So am I, and the sad truth is, in this day and age, I don't think you can. Between spell-check and grammar-check programmes on the one hand and nobody giving a damn anymore on the other hand, I'd say we have a totally unmarketable skill.
