you cant build a garage with bricks, you have to use cement Blocks, them put bricks on the outside, measure the lenght you want, every 16 inches is a block, x the lenght, then measure up every 8 inches is a block,x the height, at $1. a block say around 4 to $ 5,000 or more

build your stud walls and sheet it and put vapor barrier then you can brick the outside...william , you usually give good answers but not this time...you dont have to lay block to lay up a brick veneer...
