Enron comes to mind as unethical. I've always heard that Dollar Genreal is a cood company. Some would say Walmart is unethical, some would say different.

Ethical- most of them.
Unethical- those who prey off the less fortunate, such as those who make payday loans, at an interest rate that approaches 400% annually. While what they do may be quite legal, they are in the position to say, "you need us, our terms screw you, take it or leave it."
