its been happening for a couple of days... when i dont need the toilet my ring hole feels very tight and hurts like it feels realy tight as if some one as tied a rope around the ring hole on teh inside and ideas!

It does sound like Constipation but something else could be wrong. I would go see the Doctor if i were you and explain it to them

could be constipation, increase your fibre intake
