If your spelling and sentence structure doesn't improve, my guess would be little to no chance at all of getting into Law school. You would have to average 3.75 out of 4.0 in college, rank in the top 5 percentile in the LSATs, and have excellent references to be considered for Harvard Law School. A little pull from an alumnus would be helpful as well. A statistic which I read just recently was 1 out of every100 who apply to an Ivy League school will be accepted in the undergraduate program. The odds would be considerably worse for graduate and law school.

um in Canada, its a university bachelors degree, high grades in this program, hight grades on the LSAT test and you should be be aiming for 80 and above. 90 for Harvard i guess.
