i'm 16 hes 18. we huv been together for three years. hes moving out of state jan 8th 2008 and i want to get him something really special for christmas. he likes amps, trains, stuff for his car, football, video games etc

How much have you go to spend?
I've been with my boyfriend almost 3 years and he's 19. I'm going to get him a watch for our anniversary. A few of my guy mates have also got plain silver bracelets and they've been engraved from their girlfriends. I'm going to get my boyfriend one of those for his birthday.
Because he's your boyfriend I'd buy him something a bit more meaningful than video games.
I know my boyfriend wants a new ipod for Christmas.

Gift Card.....it's safe. Then he can get what he wants or needs. I know girls don't like them because they find it impersonal but guys love them.
But be sure to include a card and a very sweet note.
