I have a 10 year old grandaughter and she wants Bratz dolls and stuff. Also High School Musical things are popular. Jewelry box, mix and match PJ's, a scrapbook with extra cool pages, or perhaps even a gift certificate so she can 'shop' after Christmas like the 'big girls'.

I would go for perfume something mild and fruity (not sexy) ten year old girls like it when strangers treat them older. Maybe with that a cute scarf and gloves set with wild colors and patterns!
