Like I said before "If Al Sharpton actually cared for the disabled, Where was he during these cases that the following link provides http://www.painandthelaw.org/entitlements/disability_cases.php when the disabled needed him?" He simply does not care about the disabled. The only thing that he can see is the color of a person's skin and nothing more.

If you are really that upset about what happened at Macy's instead of contacting a bigot that honestly does not give a damn about the disabled or wasting your time contacting Home Office of Macy's because they could simply lie to you be saying "We finished our investigation in the matter and we don't see where we did anything wrong", you would have called the National Association for the Disabled at (202)293-5960, you would have told them what happened, and this matter would have been handled properly.

6-7 posts now and you still have not said what happened. No one is going to call on your behalf until they understand what happened. All that will happen is that they will sound stupid and that will not help you - so it is a waste of time.

It doesn't sound like this is a Black/White issue or a disabled/ nondisabled issue - just a store or bank error that needs to be resolved and that the store treated you badly in the process of trying to resolve it.

I keep saying start at the beginning and explain what happened - so try answering the following questions...

1. When you made a purchase at Macy's-
a. For how much?
b. With a credit card, a debit card, or something else?
c. When?

2. What was wrong with your charge/bank account - pick one....
a. They charged me twice (3 times - 4 times) for the same thing
b. They charged me for something I did not buy
c. They charged me for something I returned.
d. Something else - explain.

3. How did you find out something was wrong?
a. I got my credit card statement
b. My account became overdrawn
c. I got a call from my bank
d. I got a call from Macy's

4. What did you do first?
a. Talk to my bank
b. Talk to Macy's on the phone
c. Talk to Macy's in person

5. What did they say was the reason for the problem?
a. Bank error
b. Macy's accounting error
c. Clerk error
d. Identity theft

6. Who did they say was responsible for correcting the error?
a. the bank
b. Macy's

7. How soon did they say the error would be corrected?

8. Was the error ever corrected?
a. yes
b. no

9. You said you walked in into the store and you were told not to go anywhere. How did they know you were you? Who was watching the door for you? Did you have an appointment? Had you called and said you would be right over?

10. You said they would not allow you to go to the bathroom. Did they prevent you from going by holding you or blocking your path?

Hate is not an emotion that I experience. I don't trust Mr. Sharpton but that distrust comes from his involvement in the Twana Brawley kidnapping incident.

I have no idea what this rant is about, but no, I don't hate Rev Al Sharpton questions--I just hate Rev Al Sharpton.

Your question is very strange. As far as Al Sharpton is concerned I think he is the biggest idiot on the planet. He even tops Ann Coulter, Rosie O'Donnell and Jesse Jackson all of whom are blooming idiots who know nothing about what they are always rambling on about. They are just insecure and they seek publicity to feed their egos.

No, I do not like Rev. Al Sharpton and I don't know what you are talking about - that might be why you can't get your issue resolved - you make no sense.

Al Sharpton (and Jesse Jackson) are a major part of the reason there is still racism in the U.S. White people who have no racist thoughts, get them when watching those 2 white haters.
