It doesn't sound like anyone "stabbed you in the back". Your cousins don't have to okay their new boyfriends with you, do they? Your close cousin can have a boyfriend who you know without telling you. It's her business, and his business, not yours.

Maybe you are just a little teeny bit jealous, and that's okay. Really. But try to be happy for your cousin and for the guy you like in school. You have a boyfriend, right? So let the other guy enjoy his girlfriend. The "jealous" feeling will probably go away soon. There is no reason for you to feel hurt. No one has done anything wrong.

Hope that helps you.

ADDED LATER:
I just read the addition to your question, maybe because it is your cousin, a family member, who he likes that is causing the jealous feeling. Are you usually jealous of her? Again, try to be happy for them. There is really no reason not to. The fact that you are concerned about these feelings you're having proves that you are a caring and considerate young woman. Give yourself some credit...we are ALL allowed to feel jealous sometimes. It's how we handle it that matters.

Yes, I think you are wrong to feel that way because you and him didn't have anything going on. Just because you like someone doesn't mean that it puts an "off-limits" stamp on their head for people that you know. Your cousin was probably trying to spare your feelings by not telling you. Just realize that the things you found attractive are probably the same things your cousin sees.
