Nah. That would be too out of character for Itachi, and Sasuke doesn't really seem to care about Sakura anymore (besides saying 'this is between us, has nothing to do with her.')

I doubt... but that would be cool. Sasuke v Itachi is coming up in the manga now.

Itachi doesn't need her and wouldn't want her either
Anyway Sasuke is already about to fight Itachi so you have to see the outcome of that.
