Addictive means more than normally susceptible to addiction: an addictive personality.

Addiction means the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice or to something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming, as narcotics, to such an extent that its cessation causes severe trauma.

Thus, an addictive personality is one that tends to become enslaved to a habit.

Sounds like a pretty flattering compliment to me ;)

I think it means you're irresistible, and that person can just hang around you forever and not get bored.
