I think the same guy that started the Nov 5th moneybomb (Trevor Lyman, music promoter/ron paul supporter) where Ron got 4.2million dollars in support. It's a slick gimmick to get his name out, other candidates wish they could get the kind of passionate supporters he has.
The blimp actually cost a lot less to get for a month, because the blimp's owner is actually now a Ron Paul supporter as well. Liberty Political Advertising, LLC, is the company doing it, created to avoid some of the FEC rules regarding campaign donations and financing, this company may continue to support Ron Paul style candidates in the future, running for Senate/Congress positions.

apparently some folks in a meetup in elizabeth city north carolina - it will go up the east coast to arrive in boston on december 16th and throw tea into boston harbor in commemoration of the boston tea party and ron pauls fundraising event on the same day - they got $200000 to fly the blimp for one week and are awaiting FAA approval to fly !

addtl -I find it funny we all got 5 thumbs down for answering this question -it has nothing to do with another candidate but ron paul haters just keep giving those darn things no matter what question I answer
