It depends on the type of router it is. But with a little research, you can get it done. In Internet Explorer, in the search bar, type 192.168.1.1 This should bring you up to the page for the router. well you cant.. u need to have access to the router first, if the ports hasnt been openned yet..
but if it has, u need to make sure that your computers firewall is openned too..
u can check the port you are using on utorrent by going into the speed settings

Although I don't agree with stealing peoples bandwidth they pay for, it can be done.
If they are sharing their router unknowingly, they probably didn't change their router default setup password either.
You could login to their router and open ports there.

u cant, if it is not urs, then dont use torrent on it. the torrent will draw so much power from the network, that they will detect or puter and shut u down or , report u.
