Married to my wife was the best choice ever in my life. Her Birthday is coming up and i was wondering what would be a good presant to give her?

When she walks in the door the evening of her bday, have rose petals leading towards the bed. Along the trail with the rose petals have pictures on the floor next to them with you two sharing good times together over the years. When the petals lead to the room have a Bottle of wine, candles lit, low loghting, music playing with a box on the bed. Slowly undress her while you kiss her slowly. Then, give her the box(Id recommend jewelry or something that shows you remember something that happened a while ago) let her put on whatever it is and make love to her while shes wearing it

It really depends on what she considers OK for birthday gifts. A woman can be very sensitive about gifts.
Something personal is best. Roses and a bracelet While out to a romantic dinner is sure to score you some major points.

1)Romantic- candlelight dinner, roses and a warm bath and massage would be nice.
2)Give her a spa package or gift certificate for hair or nail services.

Pick some random inside joke or thoughts you two have had and make/find a present from that. I love the sentimental stuff, and she probably does too.

I think you should get her an all day spa certificate. A nice relaxing day is all she needs. I was happy when my hubby got me one for Mother's Day last year. Good luck!
