I make peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes for my daughter in law and grandchildren as a treat. I make other goodies too. Muffins, cheesecake, brownies. Chocolate chips are very versatile dessert food.

When I was little, I used to melt them, and then put them in containeras in the frezers, and add peanut butter, or sugar or caramel or something like that, and then have chocolate bars:)!
