Do you like school i don't?

I know this is kinda long, but I hope it'll help. G'luck.
It's hard to like school if you've had to face a bunch of prune-faced old crabs. Sometimes, we can forget how much fun watching amovie is because the people sitting around us are such cheeseballs! Those creeps can really mess up a great time at the movies. Sometimes we even start acting out just like the people who were bothering us. Eventually, many miss out on a good movie. School is no different. People can bother us there. too...if we let'em. Read on...

They (our teachers) don't often tell us this, but the main (#!) reason we go to school (K-12) is; "to learn HOW to learn". By the end of 12th grade everyone should be able to use books to teach themselves anything; any subject or any skill they want to learn. BUT!! If we don't learn how to learn in school, we can't ever teach ourselves...or others.

We go there to learn all the basic info we're gonna need in life. This is kinda important!
1) How to count; so we can tell time, manage our money, and make sure our brother shares exactly half of the bag of Skittles!
2) How to read; so we can get the best cereal at the grocery store, so we get smooth peanut butter and not crunchy (yuk!) so we can read our big sisters' diaries and the love notes we find when we go through their secret stuff!
3) How to write; so we can write nice thank you notes to Grandma (which is important if we want more nice gifts), so we can write (and spell correctly) Timmy loves Mary on the sidewalk in front of Timmy's house, so we can have beautiful handwriting someday and people who read it will say, "My! Isn't that beautiful handwriting"?,
4) How to follow rules; so we can get everyone quickly to the bathroom without pushing, shoving, or anybody wetting their pants, so everyone doesn't talk at the same time, so that everyone gets out safely during fire drills without burning up, so that we can learn who we can trust to be good (bad people are not good rule followers), and we learn why we should keep our hands, feet, and unnecessary comments to ourselves.

But no matter if teachers gripe at me or loud, rude kids tease and make fun of me, I always know this one thing. Someday, somewhere, somebody is gonna give me a chance to show what I can do. I wanna be ready. That means I need to learn all I can, cause I don't know what they're gonna want me to do. But, I know if I do it really great...they'll give me a good job and I will be able to take care of my family and take'em places and show'em things and they'll love me for it.

So you see, my role models are Pinky and the Brain

Brain, "The same thing we do every night, Pinkie. Try to take over the world!"
You just know that Brain liked school cause he knew it'd be his ticket to world domination

I do not like school and I would never will.

Why I hate school?

1. Teachers
2. Math lessons
3. Idiots who have no lives and do not want to learn. Thus, making lots of noise and affecting other studious students.
4. Still, math lessons
5. Gossip gossip and more gossip
6. Homework
7. Tests/exams
8. Uniforms

And the list goes on..

It was a long time ago but as I recall I really didn't like school much at all except for English and History. I was tall, skinny and not a particularly good student in Math and Sciences.

Mst students now use school as a social meeting place with friends. This in turn would start the the "cliques" - groups of friends who wont let anyone else join in! so you have the brainy kids, the popular kids, that sporty kids, and the fashion-consious kids. etc, etc.

I Love school cause I have great friends and I can talk to them in lessons and it makes school fun and lunchtime is somthing to look forward to because I love my friends :D
