How can I set up TiVo without a landline?

I have tivo box and wireless internet but no landline. What are the steps to setting up my service? I know I need a USB adapter (or something). Please include detailed instructions as I'm not very technical. Thanks!

TiVo can be connected to the Internet using a phone line, or wired or wireless broadband Internet connection. Anything beyond basic operation (what TiVo calls "broadband-enabled features") is unavailable via phone line.
