You can take him back, but if the trust is not there then whats the point. You need love and trust-and a few other things in a relationship. Tell you the truth I cheated once on my husband and he took me back, we have 3 kids together and its been hard as hell to get the trust back. i know he still has his doubts about me but he and i both decided to try and make things work out. If you think that is something that you can handle then take him back...

If you take him back, make him go get tested for diseases and have him bring the written proof that he doesn't have one to you, before you have relations with him again. This may take 6 months, because one has to be tested twice for AIDS
HIV. Then he will have to prove his faithfulness in word and deed, he will have to be accountable for everything he does, on the computer, the phone and every time he leaves the house. Don't sit there with your eyes closed, be investigating him at all times. Don't let your guard down ever.

It is entirely up to you how to decide, we know nothing about how this happened, do what makes you feel is right, trust takes time to prove one will not cheat again.

Go to a marriage counselor/therapist to work this out...Invite the man to go with you. If he says he won't go ...Go yourself so you can get a good grip on what you are dealing with and if you are able or want to TRUST the man again...
If your man will not go for counseling with you its a good indication the ONLY one hurt with the cheating was you ..
If he shows no self remorse...and offers no ways to make up for what happened that involves counseling....

GET OUT and find a divorce attorney as fast as you can....

Good luck

I wouldn't-but if you do it will take a very long time for you to trust him again-you can forgive but it takes a while to forget.

You probably won't ever be able to trust him again. And he'll probably do it again seeing as you wouldn't leave him anyway. Leave before you get hurt again
