I realize that he works under two social security numbers, trying to hide his income so he can get away paying low child support. How do I prove it?. Will I be able to get retro pay for five years that he had pay only $ 25.00 dollars a week.

Yes, petition the court to pull a credit report and both of the socials will show up.

Also Petition him to bring in w-2 and 1099's

That will post each of the numbers he is working with. But first get the name and address of each one of his employers. They can provide the information.

Present whatever evidence you have to the court in charge of the child support order, or at least the your attorney. If you know where he is working, the court can subpoena his payroll records. Aside from that, I doubt you can find the information you want. Social Security won't share information with the rest of the Federal government without a court order. They are not going to tell YOU anything.
