The only way i know of, and i am NOT recommending this at all, its just from my own expierence is, if you take 4 ibprofin every hour it will completly stop your period if it starts.... I tried it and it did work, I only did it once and I'm sure it is not a safe method but just to answer your question, thats what i did.

There is no way to suppress your period. It's not healthy as all. You will have major problems in your future.

Well, if you lose a massive amount of weight, your body wont be able to support a child so your reproductive system will shut down. But its also extremely dangerous to your own health

i think that, without the assistance of medical therapy, you probably won't be able to stop your periods, completely...
why would you want to suppress your periods?

No, its something that naturally occurs. The only natural way to stop is to get pregnant and I can tell by the question your too young for that.
