My son would try and laugh if i tickled him from 2 1/2 months. he is now 3 1/2 months and laughs quite alot if i do something silly or his sister does something silly. All babies develop at different rates so please dont be worried and think why isnt mine doing this at this age coz your friends baby is. If your child isnt laughing my about 4 months I would consult your health visitor/peadetrician

Mine chuckled in her sleep from day 2. A real laugh came about 6 weeks, I think.
