...Because I'm 13 and a 34A, and I know that for a long time, at this age and beyond, our boobs are still growing so they're painful, but does the constant wearing of bras increase the pain? I always wear a bra for obvious reasons, and usually at night also because I don't think to take one off. When I take a bra off, my boobs hurt. (On and off, but I think it hurts more when I'm walking around with no support.) Do you think that the pain will decrease over time if I don't wear a bra to bed? Thanks!

Even nowadays wearing bra makes my breasts sore (I'm 19-years-old) even though they aren't developing. I have the same size as you :)

I have been wearing padded under-wire bra since I was 13, and nowadays given up using them. A cup usually don't have any problems with the bouncing so it feels much more logical not to wear bra at all. If there are situations where I really don't want my nipples to pop up, I use sports bra or nipple tape.

If your bra makes your breasts hurt even more then it means they aren't right for you. It's usually really hard to find fitting ones... Red lines on your skin shows that the lymph flow has been blocked the whole day and that really isn't healthy. There is even theories that wearing bra makes the risk for breast cancer higher. No wonder since unfitting bras irritate breasts so much. There is still a debate going on so I'm not gonna say if it's absolutely true or not.

Breasts really don't need support during the night. You really aren't doing any "high bounce" sports or similar, so why would they? Give your boobs too a rest during night time. Sleeping on your stomach etc. won't effect your breast size or shape. Size of your final breasts are determined by your genes and by your weight only.

Don't wear bra just because it makes your breasts look bigger. The sooner you get confident with your true body the better! To tell you the truth, no matter people say (especially immature boys), the biggest thing that affects if others like you or not is the attitude and "vibration" you send to people around you. Everybody likes to be around happy and energetic girls who are in balance with themselves. Don't you agree? If someone EVER gives negative comments of your body just let it run through your head and don't take it personally. People who say those kind of things are insecure and unhappy with themselves and try to make themselves feel better by talking bad things about others.

Actually wearing a bra to bed is a good thing. It gives you support. Like you said, your boobs hurt cause you are still growing, and breasts are just naturally tender. You may always be that way. I don't think it has anything to do with wearing your bra to bed.

It's not necessary to wear a bra in the bed. You don't have sagging, yet. Being hurt, because you still development your breast. It will take time to be development. It's normal.

Take off the bra at night. Being a 32A, you don't have a lot there yet to be sagging.

no, i wear Hanes bras to bed at night. those are my favorite ones. they are really comfy. the hard, wire ones aren't too good to sleep in, though.
