Considering the possibility that Hilary may win the Democratic vote, Obama will run as an Independant and split the vote (Obama will probably even get some of the right wing vote). If that happens, neither will see the Oval office. Personally, I would love to see a split vote, because I think that a 3 party system would be the best cure for a pretty dirty political field right now. While I'm not ready to jump on with Obama, some conservatives are and that may make the next race pretty interesting. I think the Republicans need to counter with someone who has proven himself to be a great economist and who still stands strong on the idea that government shouldn't be given to much control over the lives of the American population. Someone who people can trust... We haven't seen that in either party's Presidential candidates in a very long time.

As far as my political views go...I think Hilary has a much lower chance of winning the ticket than Obama or Edwards....or even Chris Dodd. To say that Obama would "only help the blacks" is an incredibly ignorant comment.

One could say the same thing about many women only seeing Hilary for the support she can bring to women. I believe that Hilary Clinton will not provide the country with what it needs at this point in time; a strong progressive influence.

The chances are slim to none that Obama will win the Democratic nomination. Why? because he has little political experience. He appeals to the black population, but not necessarily to the majority. And the main reason? I haven't heard him say anything about what he plans to do if elected. This is not the time, given the present, chaotic and unsure state of our economy, to let an inexperienced, and black, no less, person to run our country.

He doesn't have a chance of winning over Hilary Clinton.

I think your opinion is very one sided. How do you know Obama only helps blacks? If that were true, it would have come out long ago.

obama appeals more to blacks than he does most whites, And blacks think because Oprah is supporting him then he has to be legit. But Hilary is just as good to me. But the question is just gonna be Woman Or Black for president.
that is what i think everybody is going to think about when they go to vote

Woman
or
Black

He'll probably lose 60/40. That's good, cause she is a two faced female, and most of the country knows it. She will be the Democratic downfall.

Winning what? A chance to lose to the republican candidate next year in the general election.
