Purchase a pair of lifts. they slide inside the shoes and create "lift" under your heals.

5'3 isn't particularly short...but i have heard that short people look taller with short hair. I don't know of any foot pads for tennis shoes, but try focusing on the clothes you wear. Certain clothing can accentuate your height, and make you appear taller. Try a sporty skirt...It may make your legs seem longer...I have long legs, so i can't really wear short skirts cus it makes me look like a giant, but i think it will work for you...unless you hate skirts! lol

in sneakers, there really isn't too much u can do to make your self taller. u can make an illusion that u are though! try wearing skinny jeans. they will elongate your legs. if u watch What Not To Wear on TLC, they have a lot of fashion tips :D

I'm just about that tall too, so I understand the issue. I'm sure foot pads or lifts are out there, but mostly I just watch the kind of pants I wear-nothing very wide, try to avoid any flare...I hope that helps

Get platform sneakers? You can go to a shoe smith and have them make you taller shoes. Yanno those ppl who have one leg so much longer than the other, haha. Might look dumb, but it should work.

try high heels with not much of a heel because people who wear high heels a lot tend to develop deformed feet. dont drink too much caffeine it slows down the growing process.
