Im doing a report on the Holocaust and thought Id have symbols of all the groups that were chosen for extermination in the camps. So far, I have three out of many. The Star of David for Jews, hammer and sicle for communists, and a donkey for democrats. I need symbols for homosexuals (anything other than a rainbow? isnt there a triangle or something?), Gypsies, Jehovas Witnesses, and socialists.

If you have any other groups to add (I know there were many) and have a symbol for them, thatd also be great.

Thanks

Thanks, but I actually meant non-Holocaustic symbols. Like, Im sure Gypsies today (or before the Holocaust for that matter) arent represented by that symbol, same as how Jews today just have a Star of David, minus the black triangle

For homosexuals, it was a lavendar/purple triangle.
"There is a very good chart of the distintive badges used at Auschwitz in Danuta Czech "Auschwitz Chronicle" page 82. (Owl Books; 1989: ISBN 0-8050-0938-8 and -- pb --0-8050-5238-0. Gypsies were given a brown triangle pointed down. "Asocial" prisoners were given a black triangle pointed down as were "labor reeducation prisoners." The latter had a white "A" in the center of the triangle. Additionally "asocial Jews" wore a star of David with a a black triangle pointed down superimposed on a yellow triangle pointed up"

This is from the site below and it has a good list and links
