Don't have a spouse but if I did, I'd say LOOK ON...shows he still has some level of interest! LOL I'm not the jealous type and don't covet other people's looks or worship at the altar of youth...Being young ain't all it's cracked up to be. As for liking aging...of course I don't like the sagging and the gravity plague but I like aging...one more day each day to revel in life!

I don't particularly like aging and I would say anyone would be lying if they said otherwise. However, I try to keep myself fit, I stay up to date with hair, makeup, clothing, etc. No, I don't try to dress 20 something. I'm sure my spouse looks (don't we all?), but I don't feel jealous because at the end of the day I know he's not going to have a chance in he** because he's no spring chicken and mostly because he's crazy about me!! What you need is a little self esteem. Don't ever let him know that this bothers you (even when it does), insecurity is a complete turn off. Keep him on his toes...a smile from someone of the opposite sex or a hello from an old acquaintance that you run into while your with the hubby will set him whirling. Men usually are more insecure then women, just those small innocent things can snap him to your attention and remind him that he loves you and couldn't stand the thought of being without you. You're only as old as you act. Throw away the magnifying mirrors and let your hair down.

I love aging... matter of fact I think I am happier now with myself more than ever. I don't find younger people as attractive as you might expect that I would. Nor does my partner. We appreciate beautiful women of all ages, 20's,30's,40's,50's. Beauty is more than just a youthful appearance. I'm female age 38 and my fiancé is male age 41 and both of us feel the same about beauty. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder ( old cliché but very true ) and neither of us are jealous that we are no longer in our teens or 20's. We're quite happy. The only thing we hate about aging is how our bodies can betray us if we don't eat properly much easier than when we were younger. But it's manageable and we don't mind the challenge. We're quite happy even if we aren't so "beautiful or youthful" anymore.

No you should not feel jealous of the younger generation and the shape of their bodies, when we were in their age our bodies were as good looking as theirs and we had our share of excitement and although it may be slightly different but the ultimate goal was the same then and now.
Don't feel bad if you see your spouse eying the younger bodies, maybe she/he is remembering the times when they were younger too.
Life goes on, we have to make way for the younger lot.

No one LIKES aging. I don't mind, but I do hate the aches and pains. I like being retired and responsible for no one, but myself.
I've been a widow for 19 years, so no spouse to look around.

EDIT: I just came back from reading all of the answers. So many from young people. They don't know what aging is yet. Kids in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Wait til your in your 60s and 70s, then answer this question!

I love aging! No one can ever tell that I am. Youthfulness runs in my family. I grew up having people tell my mother and grandmother how young they look all the time. And now it's happening to me. I'm 30 and people still think I'm 12. So I never get jealous. If I were you, I wouldn't be jealous either. He may be looking, but if he's old, then I doubt anyone is looking back.

With aging, in most cases, comes wisdom. With wisdom, younger beautiful bodies of others should not be an issue! Younger beautiful bodies eventually will have to go through the same process, and that is aging. If they are lucky enough, maybe, just maybe they will have some wisdom!

I know I am aging gracefully do I have a perfect body? nope but I wouldn't go back to being the superficial person I was at a young age when looks was more important than the person on the inside. Looks fade but friendship and fun can last forever.

well i am 26 but married to a guy that actually loves me. he'e been with me since i was 18, we have i kid and one on the way. Here's the deal. Women should TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES! A young woman is really anywhere between 18 and menopause, and with many who care for themselves, a 45 year old's body is every bit as hot as a 25 year olds!
If you're feeling old, bad about yourself, I suggest that you join the gym, and stick with it! Eat well, care for your skin, do not dye your hair very much (that ages it and your appearance).
A note on men: They ALWAYS look! Even at girls less attractive than you! And be honest, we look as well. It's just human nature, nothing to be worried about, so long as your spouse isn't rude and obvious.
Stay fit and take pride in yourself, and you have NOTHING to worry about!

I don't have a problem with aging.
My spouse looks at the younger women...he's human. And I'm not dead either. I appreciate a good looking man myself. Just looking that is.
But I do think of things differently now.
Like having to take good care of myself so I can take care of my loved ones. I'm my mothers caregiver. I didn't have children, so this is like my first child.
