Ron Paul is most definitely better for America

The one single most significant thing standing in the way of Paul's nomination and election is that he is not part of the machine that elects Presidents (of both parties); I think it's more as if he is one of its direst enemies. Without that machine, how does one get nominated, much less elected? I think it's naive to assume that federal elections in the US - and particularly, party nominations - are this much up for grabs, or truly in the hands of a wise public opinion. If ordinary people could, and did, vote according to rational evaluation, in their own best interest, Paul would have a chance, but I believe that ain't how it works. It's a marketing game, and Paul as a product is never getting off the Republican Party drawing board... he just does not owe the right people anything. Although I disagree with some of his positions and on some others I am not as radical as he, it's truly refreshing to me to see such an honest, principled, freethinking person running for the office in this day and age. His integrity is rock-solid and his values are, for the most part, all-American. I wish I didn't feel so cynical about the political process he (and anyone like him) would be up against... but to be otherwise would seem so naive.

Ron Paul

He wants government out of our lives a whole lot more than Hillary. He would also get the troops home faster from not only Iraq, but the 120 other countries we have soldiers based in. The pros never stop with Paul, the cons, are simply not there.

And as someone said above, Ron Paul IS the only candidate who can uphold the Constitution, and help to protect our freedoms as citizens.

Ron Paul!!! By a long shot!

Research Ron. He believes limited government interference in our daily lives. He believes adhering to the constitution just like it was intended to be. He does what he preaches. He cannot be bought or sold. Ron is right on so many levels. After doing my research, there is not another candidate that I feel voices and answers my concerns like Ron Paul.

Let's see, Hilary has never run a small business, or cannot even handle her own family, so what makes you think she can run a whole country.. I go with Mike Huckabee or Ron Paul, or Duncan Hunter, even Rudy over Hillary..

I would have to say ron paul, hillary was behind everything that clinton did and you see how that turned out. i am a woman and i think that women are too emotional and can lose sight of what really needs to get done when dealing with serious problems. a man should take office bc they think with their heads and not with their hearts.

Ron Paul if you like freedom and want the country to move back in that direction. Hillary if you think socialism is working and want it to get even worse than it is.
