I have extremely dry skin on my hands that cracks and bleeds very easily. I use Aquaphor, and although it doesn't provide all the relief I need, it helps more than anything else in the winter. It's better than Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, but the Jelly is much cheaper. If your hands are dry, then before you go to bed, cake either Aquaphor or Vaseline on them and cover your hands with socks.

Take a multi-vitamin to help decrease dry itchy skin. Also, adding bath oils to your water can also help moisturize your skin, just be sure to avoid ones with alcohol in them because alcohol dries the skin out.
I have more information below if you follow the link. It shows you how to get this multivitamin and also other pros about taking this vitamin.
Hope this helps!

I use Head & Shoulders brand conditioner. After cleaning in the shower I step out of the water and slather myself head to toe. Step back in for a long hot rinse, towel dry and then put on my lotion choice of the day.

I use lotion. If I have eczema or dry patches that are chapping or cracking, I use Vitamin E oil. I just stick the viatmin with a pin and spread it. Cheap too!

I have very sry skin. It gets alot worse in the winter. I usually just use a TON of lotion. Not the scented kind from bath and body works or victorias secret. I use either baby lotion (johnson and johnson), or vaseline lotion.
