i am writing from my friend's account
anyways tomorrow i am going to see my boyfriend--
and i have a unibrow but my parents wont let me wax, shave, or pluck it until im 15. which sucks because it will be my first time seeing him in real life and i wanna make a good first impression. can anyone tell me a way i can hide it or pluck it without my parents noticing? I know i can wear shdes--
but they get aggrivating after a while--ANY OTHER WAYS?

You are in, or from Michoacan? Hmmmm - VERY traditional parents .... well, young lady, do not worry too much - first of all, you will not be allowed to be around him too much and never alone, and he may or may not pay much attention to your eyebrows. He WILL pay attention to how you are dressed, how your voice sounds, how you act. And YOU are going to be so nervous that you can hardly think. Perhaps you can pretend you have bumped you head on something and put a bandage stright up and down the middle of your eyebrows. the PLUS of this is that if you place it ocrrectly, when you take it off, most of the eyebrow hair will just gor right along with it ... you can even ask your mother to remove it ... hee, hee ..
Good luck, and please don't take yourself or the young man very seriously, you are only embarking on your path through life, and honestly, everything will change - many times - before you are even 16!

There is only one way: pluck it!!!Than try telling your parents it's not a bad thing, actually it is a GOOD thing, 'cause you really needed to do it in order to improve your self-esteem, now you are much more confident in yourself, and it was going to happen one day anyway and everybody in your class already does this, if there is something that can make you more confident and make you smile when you look at the mirror and able to say "I'm beautiful" with faith, than why not simply do it??? and your life is much better now and you are very sorry you did it without permission and if they still don't want you to wax or pluck it again, you won't, 'cause you know that they want the best for you, always and ever. If you tell them all these; than they'll immeadetly soften and probably let you do it always and think how responsible and thoughtful girl you are. And speak kindly but confidently. Good luck!!!!!!!

If your boyfriend can tell that you've not got a 'unibrow', your parents will be able to, as well.
So if you want to do something that your parents won't notice then there's not really much point in doing it at all because then nobody will notice.
You could just go ahead and do it - not drastically, but just pluck in between them. You could always deny it, and it's not likely they'll be looking to closely anyway.
You could neaten them up a bit and as long as you don't do anything too drastic, your parents probably wouldn't notice.

You are not old enough to shave pluck etc., but you are old enough to meet up with some guy for a date? Very doubtful.
Tell parents immediately! NOW!
.SAFETY: please do not meet this guy unless it is in a public place [ like the mall ] WITH friends -
and DO NOT go anywhere else with him!
Bring your cell phone, and ask for a picture ID. If he refuses, walk away with friend.
Have friends stay in same general area as you [ like food court ].
also - TELL YOUR FOLKS - don't mess up with them for some guy you don't know!

ps.about ur eyebrows.....just get them waxed!!!!and try to hide it from ur parents or pluck ur unibrow out and um i dont think ur parents will notice.they wud only notice if like ur unibrow was like a forest before.
