JC penny is great and if you catch them when they are having a sale you can really save some money. Also Goody's has some nice clothes. Target has some neat things but catch a sale at Penny's and it is often cheaper. you can also go on line and check by brand and order things a lot of times. Of course you always have Wal-Mart and K-mart they have some really cute clothes I just dont like either store

Yes I think it would be so cute. You can get knit ones here for adults. They look like machine done though. My mil and her sisters each have one...love them.

Of course it would look V cute, it might be a bit hot, make sure the material doesnt irritate his/her skin otherwise good idea.
