Ok, i am the best player on my team and we played our first game last week. We lost by 9 points, and i was the leading scorer. We have a game this week and i really want this win. But it seems no one else on the team has the same desire to win as i do. So what can i do as a leader to make my team better and a contender for our championship?

Create shots for yourself AND you teammates. Whenever you feel in the zone, or like you can't miss, then keep going. If you feel that a teammate is like that, try to get them the ball. Otherwise if everyone's having a so-so game, just work the ball around and call some set plays, and find easy baskets. The best defense is to keep the ball away from the other team, and if you work the shot clock every play, then you should be okay. Also on defense, try to stay away from the easy baskets, watch film and see the other team's strengths and weaknesses, if someone is a good outside shooter, but can't drive, then obviously play them tight, etc. I hope this helps.

The Lakers are patently extra powerful, and that i'm a Celtics fan. on a similar time as l. a. doens't precisely play stellar protection by ability of any ability, their D continues to be lots extra powerful than Phoenix's porous D. Nash>Fisher BellGasol O'Neal

your teammates lack the desire and you're the leader of the team....

sounds like your teammates aren't motivated to play with you.

change your approach to the game. get your teammates involved. let them have the rock. and DON'T call them out in public.
