They appeared to be out in force last night also.
This really confuses me as to why they choose to spend their weekends here. When I was in middle school and high school, I spent my weekends hanging out with friends doing stuff or partying like it was NYE 1999 when I was an upper classman in high school.
I realize that the internet didn't really exist then, but why when someone is young would they choose to be sitting indoors staring at a computer screen and not out flirting and meeting new people?

Why do they feel the need to dress like adult prostitutes and act like 7 year olds .. I really want to know or did I really miss something when I was that age?

Look at it this way, if they are on Y/A they are not out just running the streets. Kids will be kids, think back.
