The undereducated will claim that fascism starts with liberalism, which is completely untrue, no matter what history books you read.
Fascism starts with the idea that the government will keep the citizens secure, and that rights are a hurdle to security, that must be given up.
Fascism starts when people blindly trust people in power enough to think "if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear."
Most people who were rounded up into concentration camps, stacked on train cars, and gassed in the shower, had nothing to hide in the beginning. But it is amazing how soon you have something to hide, when you give up rights for security.

It always starts when there aren't enough checks and balances to prevent right-wing authoritarians from centralizing power under their own regime. People who can't view the big picture claim that communism and socialism is fascism or starts with it, because both systems usually don't have the systems of checks and balances required to prevent right-wing authoritarian divisiveness.

Most Republicans are conservative.
Most Democrats are Fascists.
The rest of the Democrats are Socialists, which is close to Fascism.

Hitler, who people call a Fascist, named his political party the "National Socialist Party".
Which is what the Democrat Party is working toward.

You don’t actually believe the media. They only tell one side of the story. What ever benefits the Democratic Party is what they report, just follow their contributions

Well, if you learned how to read, you might see that the definition you cut and pasted from some other website does not describe the US government (at least not currently). It might if Hillary gets elected, but not currently.
