these turns I sometimes get in the night if I am ill or just because. I get terrified, I can't control my body and I hallucinate which can sometimes involve hearing the most blood curdling scream and then losing my vision and hearing, but still being conscious. It is absolutely awful and so terrifying. And I always know when one is coming cos my legs twitch earlier on in the evening... mental lol :D

Head cods and sinusitis. I have both right now and I am so congested at times I can barely breath. And of coarse i cant really take anything cause i am pregnant.

A bad cold can really mess me up. I guess anything gives you a temprature i.e. a fever can make you a bit crazy.
