Do you mean in a good way or a bad way?
For some reason, the sensation and sound of using a dried up highlighter makes me feel really weird and makes me have weird shivers. I hate it.
In a good way, if I'm listening to a really good, emotionally-charged song, I sometimes get that shiver feeling because... I don't know, probably some pleasure-sensing hormone, but it's really cool.
